Hello, I need help with the lscache problem after server migration. I'm using website hosting company that claim using LS server. I already checked that this hosting company is listed as an official partner of LS server. Additionally, I also check the WP info page to confirm my website is already installed on Ls server. Please see below screenshot:
With all those information I supposedly don't have any problem with using Ls cache plugin. Please note that I'm not using Quic cloud CDN, I'm using cloud flare CDN instead.
In the previous server (from the same company with the same CDN setup), I don't have any problem with the Ls cache. The problem occur after we do server migration (due to different issue). After the migration the WP giving me critical issue notification that "page cache is not detected and server response time is slow".
To test the server, I did uninstall the Ls plugin and then install other cache plugin. When using this plugin, the page cache plugin is detected and there is no slow server response notification from WP sitehealth. So my assumption is the server is not actually slow, but the integration with LS plugin is the problem.
I assume the server is having no problem and not slow with this plugin, it should be having no problem with the ls cache plugin as well. So I uninstall it and reinstall the Ls cache plugin with hope that reinstallation will fix the problem.
The Ls web cache manager in cpanel already in "enable" state, the redis object cache through ls plugin also enabled and connected successfully. But the page cache still not detected. I contacted the hosting management and they help me to investigate. But they only be able activate cache control with the server response still slow.
In the Ls plugin dashboard also still not detecting the Ls server I'm using.
Finally I check the page cache using online Ls cache checker and it is mentioned that Ls cache is not supported for my website.
Please help to give any information or instruction to fix this issue.
